Claim Processor Team, Sep 2021 – Present-Do claim entries on a daily basis, administering and managing project like BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield), a $2.7 billion and many more-Cross functional employee; spoke, wrote, translated both in English and French to support the CEM project, a $ 243 M canadian settlement. I assisted in building up the website to facilitate the understanding of the project itself- Review standard operating procedures (sop) for accuracy, and translate some in French or English depending on the nature of the project- Assist in meeting and training when necessary
