Brand Manager
As the sole marketer within our small business, I am required to fulfil a wide scope of marketing activities, DIY style. I find innovative routes in sourcing knowledge, skills and ideas without a cost. My resourcefulness had to be taken to a new level. This resulted in some great achievements and progress for the business, from hosting a PR event, a special offer to advertise with OOH and upskilling in business.facebook to strategically promote our content across both the NZ and Singapore markets. RESPONSIBILITIES• Trade Marketing: POS generation, instore sampling, retailers online media space and presenting to sales rep’s, using owned data and accredited category insights. • Social Media: Strategy, management, content creation, execution, ads and reporting on insights. We chose to work with independent foodstuffs stores, so to obtain in-store sampling and POS uptake. I initiated a new ranging deal of store specific geo-targeted ads, that worked on the route of the cause. • Developed ready-to-go marketing initiatives that covers social media content, a prize lead consumer campaign, Trees that Count brand partnership and 2 new revenue streams which also strengthen brand presence. These are currently sitting in a folder labelled “After March”.

Created the entire launch- to- market suite; a presentation for our customers at a head office level, trade presenter for store level and all the tools our TM's needed to succeed in market. This was followed by presenting to Foodstuffs SI and our TM's in an engaging and inspirational way. Developed the SR packaging for Red Seal Toothpaste which encompassed both visual and functional design, with an in-depth analysis on the shopper behaviour to resonate at shelf, as well as the technical viability from a supply chain/ logistics stance. Reviewed findings from qualitative and quantitative research and attended focus groups to gain further insight.
