• Screen, Identify and enroll veterans who are at risk of loosing their apartments or who are already in rental arrears. • Weekly outreach in Downtown Santa Cruz or at Paget transitional veteran housing. • Connect veterans with health, housing, income resources. • Weekly documentation on progress and re- certify based on need and progress of client every 90 days. • Provide support through our hotline to those seeking any type of resources, veteran or not. • Take training courses to expand and explore how to serve our community better.

Directly responsible for ten adolescent foster boys whom I had to write reports on for their day to day activities.• Actively involved in a classroom where I helped the boys with their behaviors as well as their studies.• Behavior confrontation, if a student is displaying negative behavior patterns we call it to their attention and they need to find a way to correct it immediately.• Constantly displayed positive behavior so that the students could see what healthy adults do and how they uphold themselves• Facilitate a Positive skills development group with my ten boys, sometimes more depending on programming• Conduct hallway meetings with twenty boys before lights out to talk about their day and how they feel they have improved or what they need to work on to correct their behavior.
