With over 30 years of experience in the media industry, including 10 years as the Advertising Director at Santa Barbara Independent, I am passionate about connecting businesses and organizations in our community with our engaged readers, helping them succeed and grow. I lead a team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality advertising and media solutions across print and digital platforms, reaching more than 68,000 readers in Santa Barbara County each week and 300,000 unique users online each month.My core competencies include project management, competitive analysis, strategic planning and goal-setting, staff motivation and guidance, creative writing, and leadership. I have also developed and implemented training programs, budgeting and analysis tools, and online marketing strategies to enhance performance and revenue. I also serve as the editor of Independent Real Estate, our print and online resource for the real estate community and readers who love homes, garden, and design.
