Leader of ‘all things HR’ in the region encompassing 9 countries and leading the MEA and South Asia HR team. Member of the EMEA HR Management team and AFMESA Management team. Driving the HR agenda in a multi site role.Wide ranging regional role spanning Oxford to Glasgow, driving value added HR projects, including but not limited to providing support and advice on a range of complex HR and ER cases; performance and talent management; and change management. Link between HR and the wider operational teams of the business.

Business Partnering role to provide a comprehensive, professional and tailored support and advisory service to a portfolio of c20 Schools of varying size and status within the Borough. Although dedicated to being part of a wider team, I worked autonomously, across the borough, travelling between clients on average 70% of the week and was supported by a HR Adviser and HR Administrator, whom I delegate responsibilities to. Main duties include commercially focused advice and strategies in relation to workforce planning (including restructuring and change management), disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance management amongst other elements, which are often situations of complex casework.

Primary contact for Managers and Senior Managers in relation to all HR issues including overseeing transactional compliance work and advising and supporting managers on casework including Disciplinaries, Absence Management and Grievances.
