Som chef for (i daglig tale høvding) i TipiTipi, ser jeg det som min vigtigste opgave at få flere ud i naturen til fælles oplevelser. Vi har alle brug for gode oplevelser og gode minder, og dét kan de smukke tipi'er skabe plads til, at vi får med kollegaer, familie eller venner. Derfor arrangerer vi idag alt fra unikke møder og firmaevents til bryllupper og byfester.Oplevelsesindustrien har givet mig 10 år med kreative koncepter, fundraising, projektledelse, PR og salg. Reklamebureauer har givet mig gnist og et kreativt sind, der kan rykke hurtigt. Den kommunale arbejdsplads har givet mig struktur, stort ansvar og økonomiforståelse. Alle steder har jeg mødt fantastisk dygtige mennesker, som jeg idag inviterer ind, når jeg skræddersyer et godt tipi-arrangement. Det er fantastisk, når en bålmadskok, en naturvejleder og en særlig fysisk lokation tilsammen giver mennesker 'wow' i øjnene og eventyr i maven.Jeg er meget drevet af at skabe en god arbejdsplads, hvor vi når i mål sammen, og hvor vi alle sammen føler, at vi bidrager og udvikler os!
