Worked extensively on the U.S. Deorbit Vehicle (USDV) proposal in response to a NASA request for a spacecraft that will deorbit the International Space Station (ISS). Scheduled and led meetings with functional experts (e.g., contracts, pricing, subcontracts, global supply chain) and subject matter experts to ensure initial content was compliant with government instructions and compelling for NASA source selection authorities. Actively worked on the USDV Past Performance Volume and met with the cognizant program management office staff to ensure write ups were compliant. Additionally, participated in corporate Non-Advocate Review training to reduce company risk and assisted technical subject matter experts with their content.

Reviewed and edited the Commercial Destination Free Flyer Request for Information (RFI), the UK Ministry of Defence military communications SkyNet RFI, and an International Space Station (ISS) Commercial Resupply Services (CRS) proposal. Attended meetings and developed templates for the technical team on the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s (DARPA) Demonstration Rocket for Agile Cislunar Operations (DRACO) proposal to demonstrate a nuclear thermal propulsion system on orbit. Attended weekly leadership development classes. Additionally, redeveloped the Proposal and Capture Operations general training guide for the Space System Sector, presented quarterly.

Served as co-lead out of ten fellows tasked with putting together a panel discussion for a fundraiser, created panel theme, and secured three of the four panelists. Coordinated with the speakers on bios, photos, and marketing material to promote the panel as a fundraiser. Led weekly team meetings, distributed assignments and panel roles, and monitored team progress to stay on schedule.
