Also provided counsel on administrative law related to real estate, such as applications for zoning variances or property tax exemptions, real estate litigation such as foreclosures/workouts and landlord/tenant disputes, and real estate due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions.

Associate in the Corporate Department focused mostly on real estate law, including both transactional and litigation related work. Areas that I practiced in included acquisitions, leasing, land use, real estate taxation, eminent domain, water rights, and title defects.
