Raised across America, from South Carolina to Alaska, I have always had a sense for adventure and embraced the unexpected. This mentality is what allowed me to pivot from a potential career as an alpine skier, to becoming a business and office manager, to being a full-time mom and eventually founding the premier farrier school in the United States, the Kentucky Horseshoeing School, that my husband, Mitch Taylor and I grew from a small converted barn to a 40 acre campus with state of the art facilities and experienced staff.When I am not working to grow the next generation of top farriers for the global equine community, I enjoy taking ski trips, cooking, gardening, and volunteering at Habitat for Humanity and other local non-profits.
