I am the cofounder of the professional nonprofit, Intuitive Roots Dance Theatre. We host monthly Full Moon Gatherings in The Magic Garden. I currently perform, choreograph, and instruct with Pones Inc. Credits include co-choreographing “Deaf Republic” at Cincinnati State, featured in films such as "La Danse” by Marsha Karagheusian, and “Rainbow Box" documentary by Michael Coppage, “Lotus Mandala” performance with our Social Justice Apprentices in partnership with Artworks, and more. I have performed at the Aronoff's Blackbox Theatre with Rosie Herrera Dance Theatre in partnership with Mutual Dance Theatre. I have performed at Ensemble Theatre for “REFLECT: A Disco Oddity”, Mad Anthony Theatre for “Cinderella”, Cincinnati Art Museum's Art After Dark “A Happening” and “Into the Wild”, Artworks “Art Off the Walls”, Music Hall, and more site specific locations. I have acted in local Fringe productions including "The Traveling Plays" and "Keeping Our Torch". I studied Ballet with Miami Valley Ballet Theatre and performed in their Nutcracker and Coppelia. I studied Modern with Demitrius Klien Dance Company and performed at venues including The Ohio State House and more. I love instructing dance with Cincinnati Children's Theatre and Pones for their annual “Be.Well: Groove” Music Video. I also enjoy instructing Ballet, Creative Movement, Tap, and Hip Hop with Mutual Art Centers. I received Trauma Informed training through Bartol Foundation along with Social Emotional Learning training from Cincinnati Arts Association where I am a dance instructor. I host SEL Dance parties at Cincinnati Children's Hospital as well as teaching Arts In Healing, Arts in Activism along with line dancing and Salsa at my local Cancer Support Community.I am a Ghostlight Stage Company Board Member. I am a Cincinnati Public Radio Community Advisory Board Member, as well as a member with the League of Cincinnati Theatres, Global Arts In Medicine Cohort 5, a member of the National Organization of Arts in Health, and the National Dance Education Organization.

In this aerobic, Latin-inspired movement offering, we learn a series of dance phrases that repeat throughout. We focus on having fun and feeling confident and strong in this dance class that feels more like a dance party!➢ In partnership with Cancer Support Community, I teach a lower impact line dancing class: synchronized movements done in unison to choreographed steps.
