Lula & Bella was born in a cramped apartment on the Australian coast, over pencil shavings, inky fingers and gallons of tea and cake. Founded by myself and fellow creative Lucy Edison in 2012, we were determined to share the belief that in a time of mass production and standardisation, unique and tangible designs, executed with love and skill would triumph. Our hand-drawn designs and letterpress stationery were sold by over 20 retailers throughout Australia such as Paper2 and Planet Furniture in Surry Hills and White House Flowers in Manly. All our products were printed here in Australia on recycled stock using eco-friendly inks.
