As a staff member of Music Development Komunitas Musik Fikom (KMF) Unpad, I performed as one of the vocalists for the Pre-Event Bazaar of Market Town 2023. I also created the poster designs and handled the ticketing booth for the Songwriting Workshop.

I designed posters and 50+ certificates for the Youthpreneur 2023 webinar moderator, speakers, and attendees. Along with my sub-team members, I planned merchandise items and made a data summary of requested items and designs by Fikom Unpad students for Fikom Goods 2023. I marketed the design challenge program and succeeded in achieving an agreement with a graphic designer for Fikom Goods 2023. I handled the marketing programs of Fikom Goods and the PICs of Fikom Kit which accumulated a total of 100+ sales for each project by the end of 2023.

I led 9 teammates and organized I-ntertainment April Edition with a partner. I designed thumbnails for Crative March Edition and I-match May Edition. I facilitated 10+ online newspaper contents and footage according to the assigned topics for I-ntertainment June Edition. I also led and organized Ilkom Mencari Bakat, a talent show event held as a part of Yellowfest 2023, as the main person in charge.

I produced MOU, TOR, and a rundown for the talk show event of Remind 2023 on the @epicentrumunpad Instagram account. I presented the talk show event as the MC on the @epicentrumunpad Instagram Live and enlightened 250+ viewers alongside the guest speaker. I performed as a singer at the finalists' farewell ceremony of Remind 2023.

I directed 5 divisions that consist of 30 staff members to organize the annual awarding event for Ilkom Unpad's outstanding students who have gained achievements or made impacts throughout the year. I mentored freshmen staff members during their first voluntary experience within the scope of HIMA Ilkom Unpad.

I supervised and provided support for Divisi Translog division for every activity. I prepared snacks for Divisi Translog staff members. I accommodated actors' needs per assistance requests.

I created a database of students' academic and non-academic achievements, made appreciation posts, and interviewed talented students to showcase their stories through Instagram posts on @himailkom which I also designed myself. I led Ilkom Awards 2022 as the Project Officer and organized the awarding ceremony along with my staff members.

Along with the Assessor team, I researched and designed 5+ preparatory assignments for freshmen. Then, I monitored 90+ freshmen during the period of the CSI Program 2022. I reviewed and evaluated 5+ research projects as freshmen's compulsory assignments using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

I led and guided 10 staff members with the Head of Divisi MSDM to accompany each of their assigned divisions in order to supervise and conduct internal team-building activities. I coordinated with my staff members to evaluate their assigned divisions to publish monthly assessments of the voluntary committee's work ethics. I also executed an internal team-building event for the voluntary committee in order to create and strengthen social connections for the purpose of a better working environment.

I was assigned to Divisi Humas as a supervisor from Divisi MSDM. Along with another staff members, I planned and organized an internal team-building event for 115+ voluntary committee members via Zoom. I also recorded and edited 4 podcasts for Fikom Awards 2022's internal Instagram account.
