I am a skilled public speaker, trainer, coach and podcaster with over 20 years of experience in supporting and advocating for disability and LGBTQ+ inclusion within education and employment. I am a well respected and passionate leader in equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and pride myself on being able to foreground the #Humanitybehindtheheadlines on often quite difficult topics. I am the co-founder and co-director of Simply Equality Ltd, a social enterprise that equips, empowers, and embeds inclusive practices and behaviours in workplaces for disabled and LGBTQ+ people.I am an in demand public speaker and am able to deliver my core message of inclusion and acceptance for all in a variety of forums including in person events, online workshops and as a guest on radio and podcasts. I have delivered sessions for a range of public and private sector organisations including Pride in London, Oxford University, Kennedy's Law, the Law society, MIND, Breast Cancer Now, Visibility Scotland and Stephenson-Harwood to name but a feww. I have had articles and blogs featured in a number of channels including Metro, Park Run UK and the Nottingham Post. I am in the process of writing my memoir "Seeing Things Differently" which is scheduled to be rleased in summer 2025.I am a skilled trainer and facilitator and am adept at designing and delivering practical and impactful workshops on a range of topics including Disability Inclusion in the workplace, Trans Inclusion in the workplace, Supporting neurodivergent People in the Workplace and Trans Allyship through Compassionate Curiosity.I am training to be an ICF accredited lifestyle and executive individual and group coach and have several qualifications and accreditations in EDI leadership and strategy.In short I possess a unique blend of personal and professional experience of navigating the intersecting challenges of being disabled and LGBTQ+ and am committed to using my power and privilige to uplift others and bring about meaningful change in the workplace and society as a whole.

Our key services are providing workshops and training, public speaking and consultancy. Our vision is to live in a world where disabled/LgBTQ+ people are free to live a free and fulfilling life whatever that may mean forthem. It is a limited company however we are committed to running it according to the values and practicies of a social enterprise for example reinvesting at least 50% of our profits back into the company.
