My aim is to help social housing providers manage change and respond to the considerable challenges posed by the housing crisis, reduced grant funding and within a fluid political landscape; all whilst seeking improvements to front line services. The challenges facing the housing sector have never been greater, including major social, economic and environmental change, as well as different expectations from more diverse service users. Welfare reform, increased focus on building safety and the requirement to commercialise, all converge to pose additional future challenges.At Interim Partners we understand this and are committed to providing executive interim management or consultancy solutions that add real value from day one.
