My contract-based role was to identify key organizations who would benefit from TrueMedia’s free offering and help them to make use of the product. From storytelling to building relationships with partner organizations, this encompassed analysis of customer feedback and helping TrueMedia achieve high impact in time for the 2024 elections.

Responsible for the successful logistics and operations of the 13-week accelerator program, supporting founders post-program, and building community across the Seattle startup ecosystem. Worked with 60 companies across four programs, and scaled the final program from 12 to 24 companies.

Managed the Dempsey Startup Competition (UW's annual business plan competition), the Jones + Foster Accelerator and the Davis Consumer Product Workshop. The Dempsey Startup Competition (Dempsey Startup) promotes student ideas and new venture creation to the entrepreneurial community. Participating in the Dempsey Startup gives students practice in the dynamics of venture creation by developing an idea, putting together a founding team, writing a business plan, and presenting to investors. Each year, 100+ teams enter the competition and their plans are reviewed over the course of the five-stage competition by more than 400 judges from Seattle's entrepreneurial community. The Jones + Foster Accelerator program helps early-stage, student-led companies through the decisive first six months of launching a startup. Jones + Foster Accelerator companies receive:- Mentoring from a committee of entrepreneurs and investors- Guidance creating a list of measurable milestones- Workshops on a variety of topics relevant to the companies in the program (raising money, developing customers, strategic thinking/planning, business sustainability, etc.)- Access to a new fund to assist with early-stage expenses (up to $1,000 per startup team)- Connections to the Seattle entrepreneurial community- Up to $25,000 in follow-on funding (if milestones are met)

Coordinates events for more a variety of non-profit and philanthropic organizations in the Seattle area. Creates and plans logistical goals and objectives for events and fundraisers from 50-400 people.

Executes weekly adventures with a team to provide a welcoming and exciting atmosphere. Engages with customers to act as “the face” of LivingSocial. Employs leadership skills to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers.

Social Justice Fund NW is a member-funded foundation that supports the creation of a just society through fundraising, grantmaking, and member involvement. The foundation provides essential resources to organizations in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming to strengthen grassroots efforts in the broad-based movement for progressive, systemic social change.

Teens in Public Service is a not for profit organization located in Seattle, Washington dedicated to producing future leaders committed to their communities. TIPS employs teen leaders and lends them to charitable organizations.
