Responsible for developing the overall high-level donor segmentation strategy for the Children International donor base including supervising the reporting systems and processes for supporting the appeals and communications strategy for the fundraising system. I manage a team of results-oriented staff focused on prospect development, CRM management, workflow management, and execution of operational details to ensure timely and targeted engagement and follow up with potential contributors.

Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support Children International's donor research to producing complex and high-quality data analysis, and presenting data integral to the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of sponsors, corporations, foundations, and friends of Children International. • Lead prospect development team comprised of prospect management, research, and analytics- Identify and qualify prospects with significant philanthropic capacity leading to increased conversion rates- Oversee donor file segmentation to align supporters with best relationship management services- Develop business rules, processes, and protocols to enhance portfolio performance and pipeline development - Manage partnerships with external vendors and consultants- Designed prospect development blueprint launching initiative in 2018 to aid the build-out of a robust major gift program • Direct cross-departmental team to implement CRM platform including drafting guidebooks, training end-users, integrating system enhancements, developing scorecards to provide visibility into Global Philanthropy efforts, and maintaining data integrity • Coordinate community center campaign planning, execution, and servicing for the English and Spanish U.S. Market generating over $500K and 30% cost savings in 2017 by conducting a year over year evaluation • Co-lead planned giving program tactics to qualify and prioritize legacy supporters including digital drip campaigns, material development, donor surveys, and stewardship efforts yielding a 24.5% response rate and 80 new gifts disclosed in 2017

• Developed and implemented gift solicitation strategies generating major gifts and pledges from high-level prospects and donors in the West Coast territory; met or exceeded $5M team revenue goal year over year • Maintained portfolio of prospects and donors that generated five to six-figure gifts from a wide range of sources including individuals, organizations, private family foundations, and corporations • Conducted in-person meetings with both existing donors and new prospects with a target of 15 meetings per month• Initiated, planned, and executed first-ever red carpet event in Malibu, California generating over $45K net profit and then replicated a similar experience two years later in Key Biscayne, Florida generating over $30K net profit
