Success measured through achievement of performance targets in relation to sales and profit budgets; leading, developing and motivating people, sharing best practice around the account team, and within the EAD team.Managing country account budgets, setting growth targets, forecasting, account planning, category and product ranging, marketing and promotions, and co-advertising; collaborating and working alongside country teams to develop a closer relationship and enable faster decision making with a key international channel partner.Working closely with Amazon personnel to maximise and develop rich content, engaging with Amazon Media Group on product specific campaigns, planning product life cycle and stock management. Extensive European travel (weekly) visiting both Canon and customer offices in DE, FR, IT, ES and UK, attending key industry exhibitions eg Photokina and MEDPI, annual travel to Japan and USA for customer meetings.Developed working processes to monitor online sellers suspected of trademark infringement of Canon regional IP rights, removing listings to protect Canon's brand reputation and defending the market from non-localised products.

Doubled the per annum revenue turnover with Argos YOY and improved profit for both companies. Opened new direct contracts with QVC, Tesco, Asda, Play.com, Dabs, and Amazon.Appeared on live TV as guest on QVC UK for Canon Todays Special Value on a camcorder, sold out in 4 airings.
