The project had over 97% take up rate with families in the area, 20% more uptake than any other comparable project in the borough (there were 21 other projects).Stakeholder engagement and consultation, developed and managed Leadership Board of six headteachers and community partners (Wigan Council, community leaders, education specialists etc), brought in an additional £25k in six months from funding bids and donor engagement. Procured and managed over £100k per annum of external contractors and design teams inc. small site management of construction teams.
