With 20 years of experience in the concrete industry, a seasoned professional who leads the operations of Southern Paint & Waterproofing Company, a family-owned business that provides high-quality services in North and South Carolina. Sarah is passionate about delivering excellence in every project, from development and estimating to execution and management.As a current National board member of the International Concrete Repair Institute as well as on the Carolinas Chapter, she also contributes to the advancement of the industry standards and practices and fosters collaboration and education among the members and stakeholders.Previously she held board positions with the Greensboro Engineers Club and became the first female president of the Waterproofing Contractors Association (WCA) - an organization that has and continues to lead the industry for over 50 years.
