Uber’s People Development team is focused on talent management and organizational development initiatives for the global workforce of~20,000. Initiatives focused on a time of cultural intervention at Uber. My work was focused on L&D, instructional design, global onboarding, leadership development, facilitation, success metrics, performance management and creating a culture of development.

Led the development and implementation of people programs across a global workforce of 1,500 employees.
