Sarah Svindland is a Director of District Implementation for GEAR UP at Education Alliance for New Hampshire. She is proficient in Spanish. Colleagues describe her as "Sarah and I worked together in the Office of Admission at Holderness School. In this position Sarah met with and interviewed prospective candidates and evaluated strengths, weaknesses, interests, and academic aptitude. She evaluated applications and worked as a member of a team to determine candidacy for over 800 applicants. Sarah created integral relationships with educational consultants to aid Holderness School in yielding new students and managed all aspects of Revisit Days and Open Houses. Through all of these immense tasks, Sarah was a positive, tenacious worker who cares greatly for those with whom she worked and for the prospective families. She is one of the kindest and most genuine people I have had the pleasure to work with. Sarah is deeply committed to her work and her positive energy is unmatched.
