Currently designing company standards for customer research and interview procedures including building a database of customer feedback that can be turned into actionable insights.Building great apps and microservices by using a balanced team lean agile approach and working closely with a team of designers and engineers. Currently working on a 4 million dollar data transformation project that includes building new data packages that more clearly meet customer needs and a delivery platform for the packages. Spearheaded Product Team activities to spread Best Practice Product Management and Design Principles out to the organization as part of a company wide transformation to Lean/User-Centered product design thinking.

Ran a several month research project to build a service blueprint of onboarding and offboarding for all employees, contractors, and temps. Used the findings to identify opportunities for improvement as well as cost savings in moving from multiple onboarding tools to a single new solution. Developed requirements and success criteria for a new solution and worked with the development team to kick off work. Also led an engineering team in building a new corporate wide ticketing solution for support using Service-Now that was rolled out for Incident, Problem, and Change management across multiple parts of the organization.

Established a full set of support procedures and processes as well as training and leading an offshore support team to manage operations and production support for a corporate software suite.Wrote requirements and developed wireframes for an ordering wizard to create bundles of products and add them to a cart for purchase in a major cross-vertical platform for product sales.
