• Perform administrative reviews of engineering deliverables and project instructions• Prepare project administrative guidelines, templates, desktop guides, and organization charts• Repair/reformat corrupted files• Assign, check, and archive employees’ required training per standard operating procedures• Report noncompliance and errors via a Performance Improvement Process System, and suggest resolutions• Record-keep across multiple databases• Transmit and receive client deliverables • Onboard new hires• Mentor new hires and help ensure successful integration• Organize team events and client meetings• Generate labor and expense reports• Verify employee citizenship status on licensing projects• Participate in frequent internal, external, and third-party audits• Maintain valid company certifications and qualifications• Pass exams on industry standards, regulations, and nuclear safety culture• Provide feedback for potential project instruction deviations• Provide Division Manager with information to be considered during employee evaluations• Assist in publishing company procedures
