My hands on experience and passion is backed by over 20 years of successfully building, coaching and leading teams.I have worked in a diverse range of environments, including co-founding an Agile Transformation consultancy, partnering with startups in their scaling endeavours, through to leading transformations within corporate.Passionate about unleashing the potential of teams, 2018 I made the leap to join Atlassian leading "Programs & Practices", a team Program Managers and Team Coaches across Atlassian's product and platform portfolios. My latest adventure sees me now partnering with Charlie Sutton (Chief Design Officer) as his Chief of Staff, while leading our Design Operations function, as we strive to consistently deliver quality end to end experiences for our customers.
