I was responsible for the management and development of the Events Department at British Military Fitness. During my time at BMF I created, launched and directed a new portfolio of outdoor challenge events, including the Major Series, SunFit, Three Peaks Challenges, Kilimanjaro Treks, The Fan Dance Challenge, Survival weekends and Ski Trips. I was responsible for the management of approximately 20 events per year from conception to completion, including VIP Hospitality Events, Conferences, Product Launches and Incentive Trips in the UK and worldwide. My role included identifying new business opportunities and developing client base by tendering for new business.

I managed Conferences, Team-building activities, Incentive Trips and VIP Hospitality Events for clients in the Pharmaceutical and Recruitment industry, in the UK and overseas.
