They have 3 retail stores including O. A Newton Farm & Ranch, Newton's Warehouse, and Lindenmere Gift Market.I work exclusively with the retail stores in terms of marketing, digital media, social media management, and content creation. I manage and track analytics for Lindenmere's and O. A Newton's Facebook pages. I create monthly social media calendars for each page.I assist in the design and implementation of digital and print ads including TV, radio, print mailers, email mailers, and magazine ads as well as helping with in store signage and product placement.I'm also involved in the the design, implementation, and launch of O. A Newton's new ecommerce website as well as maintaining and updating Lindenmere's website through the addition of products and design updates.

United Medical provides complete and efficient financial, IT infrastructure, and consulting services, to aid organizations and communities of every size to increase the quality of care while reducing costs.As a healthcare marketing and sales representative I serve as the main contact between our executive team and potential clients. I assist in communication and setting up meetings between these clients and our executive team.I manage the Facebook and LinkedIn page for United Medical LLC, the Facebook page for UMACO Wellness Programs, and the Facebook page and Twitter for American Surgery Center. I create content for all pages and run ads through Facebook. I track analytics through Facebook Insights and track website data through Google Analytics. I have experience with social media management tools such as Mavsocial. I helped in the creation and production of the CHRIAS "Meet your Surgeon" video series, UMC bio videos series, Quick tips with Amy, our behavioral health program video series, and fitness videos series. I helped in the creation of the UMUSA blog and the design of the blog website. I co-write the blog articles with a fellow co-worker. I assist in the writing of press releases and coordinate their releases. I also assist in the planning and coordination of company events. I also video and photograph various projects/assignments as needed and assist in the set up of lights and other camera equipment.

GoHeels Productions is part of the media team within UNC-Chapel Hill's Athletic department. They are responsible for the broadcast of all varsity sports on campus. This includes all in house productions as well as a majority of TV broadcasts. The broadcasts were a part of the ACC Network Extra before the ACC Network officially launched on ESPN in August of 2019. As part of being a production assistant I was part of a production team that collaborated to produce game broadcasts for ESPN 3 and the ACC Network. I performed many roles including camera operator, graphics operator, LED operator, replay operator, technical director, play by play and color commentator. I was on the call as the color commentator when the North Carolina Women's Basketball team beat the then #1 ranked Notre Dame Fighting Irish on January 26, 2019. I also had the opportunity to do play by play and color commentary for the North Carolina Softball team during their 2018 season. I served as the technical director for several in house volleyball productions in Carmichael Arena. I also filmed and edited spring sports games. This videos were to be edited within 24 hours of the event in order for the content to remain fresh and timely.

WRAL-TV is a TV news station located in the Raleigh-Durham, NC media market. The station covers local news and sports in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area as well Fayetteville and beyond. I was a broadcast technician in my time with WRAL, and took over the lead morning graphics operator position within 2 weeks. I was a part of a production team that worked to bring viewers 6 hours of news coverage during 6 newscasts. These newscast finished ranked #1 in 4 straight Nielson rating periods. I served as the main line of communication between directors, producers and anchors. I worked to solve any issues in real time to ensure a seamless newscast for our viewers. I was a part of 48 hours of continuous coverage during Hurricane Dorian as well as continuous coverage for winter weather. I also had the chance to be a part of the coverage of local protests in the wake of George Floyd's death as well as a one hour special that covered his funeral in Raeford, NC.

High School OT Live is a department within WRAL's sport department. High School OT Live is a digital platform that is dedicated to the coverage of high school sports. The show was aired continuously online from 7pm-10pm every friday night during the high school football season. The show featured live streams of 8 different high school football games in the area each week with commentary and replays. As a Digital Media Assistant it was my job to film an assigned game each week. A partner and I were responsible for retrieving the equipment from the station and setting up/trouble shooting any equipment problems before the game started. Our camera was connected to a LiveU and we would live stream our assigned game. One person would film the game and the other would join a conference call and report touchdowns, interceptions and other important plays back to the producers at the station.

The North Carolina Football team has their own Digital/Social Media team. This team of interns works with GoHeels and UNC New Media to film/cover team practices, workouts, and other team events during summer workouts and training camp. The digital media team was tasked with creating content that upheld the North Carolina Football's Team brand. As a part of this team, I created content that went on the team's Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat. I took pictures and shot video of practices, workouts, and other team activities. I was tasked with being in charge of the team's Snapchat account of various days. I created content and posts that aligned with football team's marketing strategy. The digital media team created a 5 event reality TV series called the "Carolina Football Summer Challenge." One of the events was a paintball competition which i helped film and was the lead editor of the recap video that appeared on the team's Twitter and Instagram. I also helped film and was co-editor of a freshmen move in event as well as a recruitment video.

UNC New Media is part of GoHeels Productions within the media team of UNC-Chapel Hill's Athletic Department. The New Media team covers all varsity sports and creates content that goes on social media platforms and GoHeels.com. They also help in the creation of in house entertainment that appears on the video boards during games. As an intern, I helped set up interviews with players and coaches. i also helped create content such player features, game recaps/highlights, and other edits that would appear on team's social media accounts and GoHeels.com. I also assisted in the creation of in house entertainment for the Women's Basketball Team. I assisted in the production and editing of a "carpool karaoke" segment. Players were filmed trying to sing along to classics such as "This is how we do it" and "Sweet Caroline" as part as fan engagement during timeouts. I helped edit the team's intro video for the 2017 season as well as hype videos that were played at the beginning of each quarter.
