Understanding our teams and how to ensure they can bring their best selves to the work energizes me! Creating that kind of workspace truly is the foundation of business success. I was fortunate to learn from some of the best leaders at Starbucks Coffee Company and experience growth from ~170 stores only on the west coast to 17K worldwide. I have shared that experience by consulting businesses in areas of customer experience, organizational effectiveness, multi-unit business operations and strategy. I have had the pleasure of learning from all of these great organizations along the journey. As an independent consultant, I have been fortunate to have a strong business for the past 10 years and continue to feel grateful to be engaged during this tumultuous time.
