I began my recruitment career at Computer People and over a period of 7 years was promoted 6 times, initially as a consultant, before transitioning into team leadership, regional management and eventually setting up a new UK wide division, to deliver onsite RPO services for our largest Corporate customers. During my time at Computer People I was a consistent top performer as both an individual contributor and regional sales leader, and a regular attendee of the annual European wide 'Winners Trip'.
