She was worked in academic medicine, integrated healthcare systems, inpatient and ambulatory operations, hospital administration, clinical research, private practices, healthcare insurance, public health policy, and federally-funded healthcare. Sarah is interested in the strategic challenges associated with the ever-changing landscape of healthcare service delivery and how leadership styles may promote or hinder long-term change in practice (operationally, clinically, fiscally).
