Director Of Project Management, Thestudio
Current· Leads all Campaigns, Tentpole, and C-Suite level projects for TheStudio’s Audio + Copy Vertical (Examples: Can’t Cancel Pride, Access Day, Black Information Network, International Women’s Day)· Manages Copywriters and Audio Producers on projects for Brand Spots, Jingles, Broadcast Promos, Podcast Brand Spots, Adlets, Interview Copy, and Audio Production· Oversees two direct reports and leads the project management to facilitate the production, execution, and delivery of 150+ ad spots each month· Oversees timelines, budgets, hard costs, production schedules, music + VO specs, and creative briefings for all PM’s in Audio + Copy Vertical· Builds and maintains partnerships with internal Accounts Executives, Client Partnership, Marketing/Strategy, Creatives, Production, External Clients, and C-Suite staff· Oversees and creates workflow project management processes for Audio+Copy, SAG, Pharma, and Third-Party Vendors· Maintains all project content and identifies areas of growth, opportunities, and successes for the Copy+Audio team and direct reports based in NYC + Nashville· Partners with VP of Production, Chief Creative Officer, and Copy + Audio Directors to execute company-wide audio campaigns and initiatives· Assists in managing the ethical execution of AI creative + tracks success of AI executions
