About Sarah Frame, Shrm-Cp

When people ask me what I do for a living, I like to share that my career so far has been dedicated to leading inclusive, mission-driven teams on their journey to success.Beyond that, I am experienced in overseeing all aspects of program management: from ideation to execution for both small-scale and large-scale programming. I am a talent manager at heart with a passion for people. I credit my people skills to strong emotional intelligence, a genuine care for others, and a passion for servant leadership rooted in DEIB principles. While the "what" I did may have varied depending on the position I held, the outcome has always been the same: helping others.I love solving complex problems with creative, data-driven solutions and thrive in innovative work environments. Collaboration steeped in customer service is the bread-and-butter of my professional approach as I've worked with a variety of stakeholders in my career: university administrators, government officials, customers, students, clients, and colleagues. At the end of the day, they all want the same thing: a positive experience while they work towards their own goals as well.Top Strengths: Developer | Input | Positivity | Empathy | IntellectionMBTI: INFJ
