Sarah is the founder and owner of Jinzai Consulting, a company dedicated to supporting the Recruitment Industry through Training, Development, Executive Coaching, and Consulting Services. Jinzai Consulting specializes in supporting the Southeast Asian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, and Australian markets. Based on the Gold Coast in Australia, Sarah services all markets both virtually and through face-to-face training.

Sarah is responsible for overseeing all Learning and Development & Talent Management for the Japan, China, India & APAC region for RGF - International Recruitment Group which is part of Recruit Holdings, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Overseeing both the RGF Executive Search and Professional Recruitment brands within the business, she has a wide scope of responsibilities when it comes to anything relating to L&D.One of Sarah's main responsibilities is managing the capability academies for unleashing the potential of high performers, newly promoted managers through to the managing directors across the region. Holding dozens of academies covering: Search & Selection (recruitment focused), Leadership and High Potential, MD & C-level in addition to many bespoke academies such as Vision, Mission and Values. These academies run both remotely and in our various regions across APAC.Sarah implemented a Learning Management System including creating specific content for it. Managing a team in a complex and cross functional environment she was able to grow the team and works closely with all of the local leaders. Sarah is also responsible for the 360's including launching and debriefing.

Responsible for the Learning and Development function at en world Japan including overseeing the APAC region. Sarah's core responsibilities included new hire training and onboarding, mid-career, leadership and on-going Learning and Development for all levels within the company including workshops. Working in a diverse and multinational environment, Sarah was tasked with overseeing all locations in Japan in addition to Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand and Australia. Due to the rapid growth of the company at the time, Sarah implemented a Learning Management System and streamlined all onboarding and training processes across the APAC region & in Japan. She also grew her team to three working in a cross functional environment.

Sarah managed relationships with Australia’s largest Travel agency groups including Flight Centre Limited and Stella Travel Services (formerly known as S8) for the state of QLD, reporting to Head Office in Sydney and Brisbane. She recruited to expand B2B market and managed CRM whilst developing & growing sales with existing clients in a rapidly changing industry.

Flight Centre limited is one of Australia's largest Travel Agent with over 2500 in 10 different countries. Sarah worked for 3 different stores throughout her career with Flight Centre managing and leading teams and held a leadership position for over 3 years.Achievements include:• Attended annual Flight Centre ball as a $1.5 million consultant and for shop profit in 02/03• Won customer service award for two shops she worked in for two consecutive financial years• Won insurance award for top sales in area for 03/04 financial year• Obtained Certificate 3 in Tourism (International Retail Travel Sales)
