Sarah helps organisations by recommending initiatives aimed at improving organisational performance. She has also been deeply involved in providing expert, strategic and research-driven advice to help companies balance ESG risks with business performance. Project experiences are as follows:► Future proofed organization design for an an engineering, procurement, construction and installation organization in Thailand transitioning from an oil and gas focus to sustainable energy (wind generation). Scope of work also included various culture and change management activities.► Assessed governance framework and policy enhancement for various banks and large GLCs in Malaysia► Developed and embedded ESG commitments for large organisations in Malaysia► Designed and implemented various incentive programs (long term incentives, short term incentives and sales incentives) for large organisations in Asia Pacific and the Middle East► Developed talent management initiatives for large financial institution in Malaysia amidst their Digital Transformation by identifying key EVPs (employee value propositions) that close the gap on current workforce skillsets and mindsets to succeed

Sarah was involved in organisational change management initiatives and talent management strategies to address people related issues. Project experiences are as follows:► Long term incentive plan design and implementation of a globally renowned low-cost carrier and digital financial services organisation (design, valuation of equity, P&L impact and AGM support)► Performance management system institutionalisation for a national rail company ► Change management initiatives for a global engineering conglomerate undergoing large scale ERP transformation

Sarah was actively involved in the running of bids and delivery of talent management, talent assessment, organisation design and rewards projects in Malaysia and Singapore.

Sarah was a Research Assistant in Monash with responsibilities that include investigating and performing studies on thin films and membranes. Her key achievement was developing a mathematical model for accurate prediction of liquids through different characteristics of thin films and membranes with hierarchical porosity.

Sarah was an intern at Environmental Resources Management and assisted Risk Consultants in preparing detailed analysis on major oil and gas projects. Sarah was also given the opportunity to prepare and present risk analysis to clients in existing projects.

Sarah was an intern in Kansai Coating Sdn.Bhd where she investigated the occurrence of paint defects by observing the production line of paint and understanding the different paint additives, thus enabling the isolation of possible causes of paint defects. She also carried out laboratory scale testing to reduce bubble formation in PAR Kansai Super Gloss Paint. At the end of her internship, she was able to provide valuable insight of manufacturing variation that helped Kansai Coatings reduce bubbling defects on Super Gloss Paint end-product by 30%
