With a BFA in Illustration and two years of experience as a Greeting Card Illustrator at Quilling Card, I am eager to transition into the Product Development Industry as a Product Development Designer at the TJX Companies. In my current role, I leverage my skills in surface pattern design to support the product development team through artwork execution and prototype processes. Determining colorways, assigning embellishments, and creating repeat patterns for the design of hard home goods presents the exciting challenge of establishing consumer experiences with TJX products.My previous experience at Quilling Card involved designing for three-dimensional consumer goods, where I created artwork for quilled stationery lines. This role enhanced my cross-functional workflows and refined my visual communication skills.Throughout my career, I have successfully managed custom projects for notable clients, including American Greetings' Papyrus and Barnes & Noble’s Paper Source lines. My designs at Quilling Card have been recognized in industry trend reports and international collections. In April of 2024, my dedication and creativity were celebrated with two award nominations at the LOUIE Awards, honoring excellence in the stationary industry. Driven by enthusiasm for connecting to consumer impact, I look forward to bringing my passion for design and collaboration to product development.
