Current• Environmental Engineer at the national infra-terrestrial department leading projects in environmental resource management with a focus on railway infrastructure.• Analysis of technical and economic feasibility studies for construction approval.• Environmental impact analysis and problem resolution in case of environmental impact arising from railway construction and maintenance.• Engineer responsible for managing railway infrastructure projects.• Hiring personnel for construction and maintenance works.• Agree scope and deliverables of the project following government requirements for infrastructure and socio-economic needs.• Prepare and manage project expenditure.• Team leadership and management of stakeholders.• Identification and management of potential risks to ensure they do not affect successful delivery of project goals in accordance with the project plan.• Development of recovery plans for degraded areas / land.• Currently leading 4 different projects:• Project evaluation / assessment: support in detailing works based on all material requirements, deadlines, labour, etc.• Resolution of environmental liabilities• Preparation of annual environmental budget e.g., water usage, worker health and safety, waste disposal, etc.• Development of annual hiring plans
