Sara and her husband, Ben, founded Hugh & Grace, a lifestyle wellness brand with high-performance, hormone supportive skin, health and home care products that help minimize exposure to hormone-disrupting chemicals. As the leader in the hormone health movement, Hugh & Grace has trusted products that go on, in and around your body, a health-minded community, and a lifestyle opportunity. Hugh & Grace has received numerous awards, including Top Mission Company and Fastest Growing Companies in California. Sara and Ben Jensen founded Hugh & Grace after their 14-year struggle with unexplained infertility. During their research they learned that many everyday products like skincare and home cleaning products are absorbed into our bodies and have the power to disrupt our hormones. The average woman exposes herself to over 160 unique chemicals per day and men over 80 which can lead to significant health issues. Fueled by this discovery, they created Hugh & Grace to create awareness, education, products and community, and named the company after their miracle children, made possible by two of their sisters who volunteered to be their surrogates.Prior to founding Hugh & Grace, Sara built her career as a social entrepreneur, cultivating relationships with some of the world's most influential executives and thought leaders, where she raised tens of millions of dollars in significant donations for nonprofits and higher education. Her last role was at USC, Los Angeles' largest private employer, where Sara spearheaded transforming the university’s maternity policy, ensuring that all adoptive and surrogate parents received the same maternity benefits as traditional birth mothers. Additionally, Sara also collaborated with several other large companies to help implement this policy change.
