- Completed honors thesis, showing how absence of Cullin5 in ILC2s following allergic asthma onset results in uncontrolled increases in inflammation and immune cell infiltration in the lungs, providing support for Cullin5 as a potential therapeutic target

• Utilized cell surface engineering to deliver viruses for therapeutic gene delivery. Added a chemical label to the cell surface that binds to an scFv on the virus that induces viral transduction. • Tested in cell lines that have been found to be otherwise untransducible

• Member of a research team focused on the disruption of the oncogenic fusion mutation C11ORF95-RELA, found in some cancerous ependymomas, using CRISPR Cas9 and a lenti gRNA construct to target the fusion site and assess necessity of fusion to cell survival
