• Coordination of the program "Barcelona Treball" with almost 300 different activities and 1.000 sessions every trimester, that gave service to 13.009 people during the year 2017. In 2018 there were 24.704 participations (8.920 nominal people). In 2019 the number of participations was 24.280 (14.425 people assisted to 2.307 editions of the activities. And during the pandemian year 2020, when most of the person to person activities were cancelled the total of virtual and editions in person were 1.591 (with 10.039 people and 15.870 participations). In 2021 the coaching service had at least 1.250 participations (a thousand of virtual sessions). • Management of the training from the City Council of Barcelona about the career guidance, the development of competences, the job-searching, coaching and the labour market. • Product owner of a new application for the planification of activities.• Improvement of the ISO system for the short-term training.• Coordination of JOBarcelona, the International Congress of Employment and Vocational Guidance for junior graduates and university students during 2016 and 2017 • Knowledge management for the capitalization of talent of the city. • Screening of trends in the labour market and searching of experts • Design of new methodologies and contents for short or medium-term training actions.

In addition to coordinating 12 more activities about the "economic sectors and professional opportunities" and participating in the conceptualization of innovative methodologies such as networking events and the exchange of knowledge between experts and professionals. But undoubtedly my biggest contribution was to the model of the "School of competencies" of Barcelona Activa, with the launch of two levels of activities and a didactic system based on the "learnig by doing" methodology to learn and improve soft skills.

• Management of the service of job board (recruitment of candidates for clients) and other projects to enhance the development of the career on human capital: defining and implementing new steps and procedures in every project, from a more strategic vision to the hand-on part, leading a growing team of recruiters, and improving the service to fit the requirements and needs of the collaborators.• Job offer management in recruitment processes: reviewing job descriptions, searching potential candidates trough different sources, screening applicants, delivering candidatures to the companies, scheduling job interviews, contacting clients for feedback and measuring the conversion of the processes.• Design and organization of conferences and round-tables about the trends in the cultures of work for the knowledge and enhancing of the labour market. Also creation and participation of events for recruitment (within the Program of Activities of Professional Development of Barcelona Activa and events from other partners): drafting the schedule of the event, searching for the suppliers, defining the target of the public, briefing the description of the event, supervising communication and production, pre-screening attendees and welcoming the collaborators.• Edition of the blog Barcelona Treball (the job market trends and professional counseling blog of the City Council of Barcelona): supervising and leading a team of about 10 professionals that write about these topics: HR, career guidance, job-hunting techniques, opportunities in the emerging industries, etc.

Within the framework of the collaboration of Barcelona Activa as a member of network I have been collaborating with different projects to update the knowledge of the professionals of the community, create different ways to share methodologies and knowledge and train the counselors and their skills as part of this international community in its principles and values. These tasks included different trips and international experiences.
