Manage aspects of conferences, including:o Tours program: Assist volunteers, coordinate transportation, tour schedule, mealso Companions program: Assist volunteers, manage schedule and logisticso Purchase and manage speaker gifts, give-away's and promotional itemso Staff/volunteer room managemento Networking/Engagement committee staff liaison: lead team calls, manage website & event registration, work together as team to create engagement opportunities for our attendees.o Scheduling and management temporary staff • Administrative management of Champions Club • Negotiate and sign contracts for off-site AME board meetings • Manage Executive Leadership Summit and PCL events; planning and logistics• Maintain and manage budget guidelines that apply to areas of responsibility• Effectively communicate with fellow staff members and committees important information they need to coordinate efforts.• Logistics backup/support for Director, Conferences and Events

1. Provided marketing support to AME regions, Regional Summits and Conferences in the development and implementation of event promotion programs including email, direct marketing, webinar, networking receptions and focus groups ensuring well targeted functions that supply a good ROI. 2. Provided marketing and event planning/logistics and website support to the AME Champion’s Club including program promotion, portal maintenance, and hotel/transportation contracts for Champion’s events that maintains a high quality of participant satisfaction.3. Work with the Social Media Manager, to ensure strategic alignment with AME’s membership, program and marketing goals.4. Assist with the marketing support of AME's in-house educational programs.5. Develop and implement promotion campaigns with AME alliance partners for industry conferences, joint membership, the AME Consortia and Lean Certification programs that accelerate AME exposure to the marketplace.6. Assist in the development and execution of programs that increase membership growth, improve membership retention, increase event attendance, and build awareness of AME.7. Support AME team members during peak activity periods to ensure successful outcomes for key project initiatives. This includes assisting the AME Conference Coordinator with Regional Summits, Annual and Regional Conferences.

Assist in the development and execution of programs that increase membership growth, improve membership retention, increase event attendance, and build awareness of AME.7. Support AME team members during peak activity periods to ensure successful outcomes for key project initiatives.
