I am an innovative, results-driven Integrated Marketer with an extensive background in luxury new development marketing. Over the past 20 years, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the world's most prolific developers, architects and interior designers in some of the country's hottest real estate markets - New York, Miami and Boston. As head of marketing for numerous high profile projects, I am responsible for the implementation of multi-faceted marketing and communications programs both internationally and domestically inclusive of event planning, public relations, digital and print advertising, direct consumer outreach, cross-marketing partnerships, and creation of effective presentation tools for the sales team.I also manage all agency and vendor relationships, negotiate all contracts, establish project budgets, oversee all reporting/analytics, create the marketing strategy and content for collateral, and liaison with all team members associated with the project from construction, architects, designers, development team, sales teams, and brokers.
