Between Season 1 and Season 2, I conducted extensive research on potential non-profits/charities/foundations for partnership and Underwriters/Sponsors for sponsorship. I developed and pitched ideas for upcoming episodes for Season 2. I reached out to potential partners, which required a high level of customer service. I was in constant communication: heavy emailing, tracking, and phone calls. I utilized Salesforce to keep the company highly organized for these new accounts.

America’s First Kids Show About Causes!Mack & Moxy teach​es​ children life-long lessons of charity and compassion, while celebrating the joy of helping others.​ (ages 3-7)In association with American Public Television and Georgia Public Broadcasting, Mack & Moxy ​has ​joined hands with America’s leading non-profit organizations to introduce children to important causes like Hunger Awareness, Early Childhood Education, Saving Wild Animals, Emergency Preparedness, or Autism.Combining state-of-the-art 3D animation, live-action puppets, fun adventures, humor and catchy music, each Mack & Moxy episode is inspired by the kindness of the great humanitarians among us who make this world a better place.I assisted the Showrunner in the production of this fantastic educational live action and animation children’s television show, which aims to raise the next generation of Humanitarians. The format was a mixed media puzzle piece; a very complex medium of being able to strategically track every detail to cater to everyone’s specific needs and processes, showcasing my technical proficiencies, time management, and precise communication approaches. I focused on development, production, post-production, and outreach. I was hands on in all aspects on set during filming to insure that everything ran smoothly by supporting the production team, company, and clients, updating crew/contact lists, creating call sheets, maintaining current versions of scripts, facilitating brainstorming sessions, assisting with the production of last minute celebrity shoots in other cities, sight unseen, helping break down the budget, organizing Kellee’s digital and physical files, heavy emailing, booking travel, scheduling meetings and calls with charities/non-profits and high- profile clients.

In partnership with the National Science Teachers Association, we are geared towards empowering teen girls. A fun, fast-paced, positive news style format showcasing the importance of STEM. Think Bill Nye the Science Guy meets Clarissa Explains It All!As an Associate Producer- I am assisting with the pre-production, production, and post-production of the FabLab episodes, field producing, being an AP on set, assisting in the writing of segments and episodes, conducting research on segments, helping organize a successful large press conference for the launch of the show, obtaining footage and clip acquisitions through email and phone, following up, tracking/organizing footage requests in spreadsheets, downloading/uploading footage, helping organize the office, logging footage.

For Jacopo Campaiola- Supervising and managing day-to-day schedule, bringing forth creative ideas and projects, building story boards, organizing shoot dates, making call sheets, helping with set design, composition, and camera equipment. Creating balance, organization, and order while working on projects filming (on location & in town).

For Toby Turner- Organizer and manager of Toby’s life, assisting in personal and business matters, managing the Tobuscus team, heavy emailing, booking and coordinating travel, managing and scheduling Toby’s calendar, managing various payment accounts, assisting on shoots, contributing creative ideas for projects and scripts, and a lead player in the organization and distribution of Toby’s video game app.

For Sekou Andrews- Fiercely organizing Sekou’s life, managing and supervising day-to-day schedule, setting up an organizing system of physical and digital files, trusted with personal & financial information, inputting creative ideas for projects, business development, and videos, producing on set and on location shoots for videos, editing videos with iMovie, helping with the building, launch, and maintenance of his website, building his brand through social media platforms & YouTube, and conducting extensive research on ordering cost effective products and keeping an inventory of his merchandise.

For Carlo Dalla Chiesa- Organizing day to day work-flow, managing financial books, assisting in the development of creative projects, and on occasion tutoring Carlo’s teenage son.
