Directly support HSE Management to ensure HSE compliance. Coordinate employee safety training, on-boarding, and drug testing (pre-employment, annual, random).Ensure employees maintain current safety training and screening as required by each facility. Facilitate internal auditing and external auditing as per divisional audit schedule to ensure tracking and compliance. Responsible for record keeping on area specific HSE audits, reports, certifications (API, NDT, etc.).Provide administrative Health and Safety support to Turnaround group.Assist in maintaining the ongoing development, implementation and effectiveness of the Stronghold Inspection HSE program.Maintain statistical safety and drug testing data, generate reports, identify and resolve any safety related issues.
