About Sara Castle

My entire life, I've had a passion for leading and serving others coupled with a high level of competitiveness and drive. Coaching and developing myself and others started early which naturally led me to Teach for America upon graduation from the University of Florida. I served the inner city of Atlanta with zeal and high expectations contributing to new levels of achievements for my students. Moving to a sales environment from education was surprisingly a perfect fit. I felt that I arrived at an opportunity to serve my clients and colleagues, with the same drive, solutions-orientation, and high expectations, that led to a successful teaching career. Attributes of hard work, dedication, focus, flexibility, competitiveness, and servant-leadership are traits I bring to every day. Throughout my career, I've lived in Atlanta, Washington DC metro, and now Charlotte. This has provided me with a unique opportunity to experience a diverse group of thought leaders, a variety of work environments, and different cultures.Today I work for Compass Group, the world leader in contract food service, where we make it our primary business to always understand our client's needs and expectations, and consistently exceed them to bring value to their business and ours.
