I don’t think a lot of people understand what being an Executive Recruiter is. So, let me share with you a little more about myself and what I do.I’ve been in the recruiting industry for 20 years and with Ambrion for over 12. I have placed over 240 people into new careers. While I focus primarily on Finance & Accounting placements, I have been extremely successful partnering with clients on very difficult, national searches where they are seeking out a very unique skills set in a candidate. I love a challenge, so bring me your wish list, and I’ll go out and find the candidate. From a candidate’s perspective, I like to think of myself as a career counselor. Placing you is not a transaction to me. I take every placement very seriously and personally. I have only switched jobs twice in my career, so I know how difficult it is to make a change. I’m here to walk you through the process and to find that next step up in your career. I’ll be the friend who pushes you off the diving board when you’re ready. I’ve placed candidates the same week I meet them and I’ve placed candidates 7 years after I met with them.
