Hris Analyst Ii (Workday)
Current-Hands-on configuration, development, and maintenance of Workday’s modules focused on Core HCM, Benefits, Time and Absence Management, Reporting, Security, Business Process Design, EIB Loads, and Custom Objects.- Provide ongoing support to the business regarding application functionality and data integrity, including identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical production issues, enhancements, and year-end processes.-Support Workday releases by researching, implementing, and communicating applicable new functionality.- Provide escalated support for functions within Workday and other systems to resolution.- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.- Identify process improvements and system enhancements to further streamline and optimize operational effectiveness within HR.- Collaborate with Managers to identify needs/requirements and translate them into well-defined requirements.- Building of custom reports for Benefits, Talent, and other areas as needed. - Implementing companies into WorkDay for Taylor’s newly acquired companies. - Configure and maintain Hubs and Dashboards- Creating Rules and Calculated fields for Reports and Business Processes.
