Learning and Development Team (includes Training and Education, Wellbeing, and Organizational Development) is a part of Shared Services which supports a national human services organization (5500 employees in 16 states)INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS:• Maintain the Learning and Development department's intranet - create/simplify content, design org charts, update FAQs, advertise Learning and Development services, design banners for the homepage• Design and create templates for newsletters, calendars, fliers, eblasts, intranet banners. Projects include: monthly Wellbeing newsletter, monthly Cornerstone (LMS) newsletter, monthly calendar of events, annual Leadership Development Program calendars, Training and Education initiatives/tools/events• Administrator for the company-wide Learning Management System (LMS), Cornerstone• Coordinate internal training program for the Philadelphia-area, New Jersey, and Delaware programs• Organize course and instructor logistics for 100 professional training sessions and 30 instructors for two, five-month semesters a year (Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter)• Collaborate with a graphic designer to print the course catalogs (1000 print run) and digital PDF that is sent to 75 programs in the tri-state area• Coordinate focus-group to transition from Philadelphia-centric Instructor Led Training (ILT) to Virtual Instructor-Led Training (vILT) via the WebEx platform • Administer and design corporate-wide Employee Survey with a small group of stake holders to create specific content relating to the corporation's strategic plan to become an employer of choice. • Advise Organizational Development team on survey content and question-type depending on high-level goals and end user needs • Build 360 assessments, administer surveys, and run reports for OD analysis • Analyze processes to increase efficiency and save resources

• Answer helpdesk tickets for users in home office and remote locations nation-wide• Reformat PC and Mac hard drives for donations to students in need • Assist end users with general technology questions, hardware management, and software installations

Work study• Assist students, faculty, and visitors by resolving issues with laptops, Mac and PC, lab computers, and mobile devices• Manage and give instructions on equipment such as conference devices, cameras, and laptops to students, faculty, and staff with all levels of technological skills • Configure PCs with the newest programs including installing printer and scanner software• Train new students on department procedures and policies• Develop videos and online, how-to resources for new hires to reference and strengthen their technological skills

• Develop trainings and a series of guides for implementing a new conference room scheduling system for 200 employees • Design banners for the company intranet and e-blasts distributed internally to 5500 employees nation-wide weekly • Write copy for and design the monthly, internal newsletter by networking with employees and directors to write articles about company programs
