Responsible for the Medical Information platforms; including the Global Medical Information Platform (GMIP), Veeva Vault (MedComms), and all related reporting and analytics. Accountable for the development of strong working relationships with global Medical colleagues and stakeholders and worked with these groups to document, assess, validate, and prioritize demand. Worked closely with Commercial IT colleagues across Architecture, Veeva COE, PMs, Release Management, and testing to prioritize and deliver this demand. Partnered with BRMs and BAs on the team to ensure the portfolio road map is aligned to business requirements. Performed business analysis and design either alone; delivering small to medium size business change activities; or as a member or lead of a BA team in a large or global business change. Shares best practices by contributing to internal IT processes and standards for business analysis and design.Accomplishments• Increased the Improving IT Systems metric in the Q2 Pulse Survey, a bi-annual survey of employees by +15% for Global Medical Affairs. Within the Strategy and Operations subgroup, the same metric was increased by +19%. • Worked on a cross-functional, cross-departmental, global project that will work to revolutionize the case intake management process by utilizing artificial intelligence and auto-classification. This project is used for for the COVID-19 vaccine. Created the overarching target state architecture alongside enterprise architecture. • Successfully created and launched a release train for the Analytics and Insights for Medical Dashboard. Within Q1 & Q2 of 2020, we delivered a full lift of the dashboard by delivering on 19 tickets. • Launched the AZ Medical Information website analytics dashboard. • Created and successfully launched a plan for IT operational efficiency for Medical Information.• Developed and maintained the core communication strategy for Global Medical IT.
