Ottanta & Cow is a company producing local, organic, fresh dairy Italian products (mozzarella, burrata, ricotta…), as well as organic fresh pasta for top-level restaurants and delis in Paris.Ottanta also supports young cheese-makers to be willing to set urban cheese-factories in France and abroad.

- Drafting of 300.000 Euros grant-winning international project "Franco-phonie 3.0" (funded by OIF - Fonds Francophone des Inforoutes); - In charge of institutional relations with funding organization : drafting of budget and reports, make sur e the project's activities are carried out in the respect of the fund's priorities; - Coordination of the project's participating teams : 24 radio professionals coming from 6 public radios of Albania, Cameroon, Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, Romania; - Coordination of project's activities : radio co-productions, web content production, digitalization and enhancing of radio contents, communication and press relations, partnership-setting...

- Coordination of the Union's radio policy (management of a network of 50 public radios) : radio co-productions, professional training, development of on-line cooperation tools, focus on the adoption of shared production and broadcasting standards in order to improve international circulation of contents ( P-Loudness R-128, Dublin-core...) - Setting up of permanent partnership agreements with broadcasting unions (EBU, ASBU, ABU, ...) and private companies (Soundcloud, Triton Digital, Bobler...); in charge of institutional relations (permanent partnership with OIF, UNESCO, French Foreign Affairs Ministry and embassies...) - Web projects: development and management of the Union's institutional web-platform and of other projects/campaigns' websites developed by URTI.
