At ACJI, I work with the leadership team to oversee the company's online presence, including website and blog content creation for search engine optimization (SEO), usability, and conversions. We also work together to create and distribute email newsletters and social media posts. In addition, I also serve as the "Customer Connections Manager" ensuring ACJI's Implementation Leadership Academy alumni continue to engage with the organization through online content, in-person alumni events, and advanced programs.

Under the umbrella of The Lancaster Group, LLC, I started the d/b/a The No. 2 Pen in March 2008. The agency specialized in content writing and content marketing strategy. We helped small businesses get noticed in search engines and attract new customers through website content, blog posts, company histories, newsletters, social media, and PR and blogger outreach. Through this work, I was able to work remotely while traveling throughout the USA, Central America, and Asia for two years.In September 2013, after settling in Denver, the No. 2 Pen rebranded into The Condiment Marketing Co., a content marketing agency for growing food brands. My team helped our clients' brands gain traction and look BIG on the web. As chief communicator, I conducted marketing audits, developed successful marketing strategies, wrote content, and oversaw all creative projects and client relations.In late 2017, The Condiment Marketing Co. took a backseat to larger-scale content marketing projects for organizations outside the CPG and restaurant industry. I continue to work with a handful of food-focused clients but am open to marketing projects in other industries as well.

During my time at Spork Marketing, I took on the critical role of managing the content calendar and overseeing a team of contract writers for over 25 auto part e-commerce websites. This involved crafting and curating engaging content, from detailed blog posts to compelling product descriptions.In addition, I played a pivotal role in content-driven initiatives aimed at boosting SEO rankings and enhancing website conversions for our clients. My responsibilities spanned across the entire content lifecycle—from conducting in-depth research and writing insightful content to distributing and promoting ebooks, infographics, downloadable tools, and blogs. These efforts attracted more website traffic and generated valuable links.
