• Fast-growing technology pioneer with world-leading eye-tracking technology. At Tobii I’ve been part of a growth from 60 to 800 employees, globalization, brand building, direct and channel sales, and business.
• Transforming the marketing function to a digital marketing team
• Developing and activating a new brand identity for Tobii and its division
• Launching Tobii’s first consumer product (Tobii EyeX) including development of web shop, online sales strategy and awareness campaigns resulting in +3,000 units sold in 6 months.
• Running an in-house agency, providing productions such as video, photo, print, expo and web.

• The role included:
• Budget and responsibility for corporate communications, brand management, public relations, web development and coordination of initiatives that span over business units and geographiesAchievements:
• Several product launches resulting global publicity in over 1,500 online publications, multiple awards, and viral spread in social media
• Web development project with a budget of 1.5 MSEK (150,000 Euro) of Tobii’s global web sites
• Strong lead generation from exhibitions and online campaigns.
• Working with the CFO to establish quarterly reports and structures for communication with industrial and private owners.

• The role included:
• to build a marketing organization and marketing communications from scratch, including web content, sales material and manage trade shows
• international coordination with subsidiaries

• to act company and industry representative in a Swedish Trade Council’s project for Swedish life science companies

• The role included:
• Positioning of Hyperion on the Nordic market through PR and communication activities.
• The role grew into a comprehensive marketing role including lead generation, loyalty programs, web communication and international customer newsletters.Achievements:
• Procuring local PR agencies to support roll-out of PR strategy in the Nordic countries
• Running internationally recognized and replicated customer loyalty program
• Establishing the award “CFO of the year” with Accenture and a media partner
